Aren't there are hotels near the airport that, if booked, will allow free parking for the time you're away and provide free shuttle to and from the airport?

King Eddy is nice. Older hotel, but I like it a lot and stay often. You might want to consider the upgrade to club level when you get there - likely it will be offered for some amount. Free beer, wine and snacks in the evening and a decent continental buffet breakfast the next am.

Xmas Day is on a Sunday, so the 26th and 27th will both be public holidays. Also, Toronto is grim in Winter. |

Sadly my Toronto stays these days seem to be limited to 8-10hrs or so in the Sheraton Gateway at T3. Pearson is just too damn far from downtown to make it anywhere for a pint with varicose posters.:(
