Default Toronto condos - looking cheap?

Had a quick look at one bed condos in downtown area and they seem available for around 65-80,000 quid, which seems quite cheap. Thinking of buying one as a long term investment but would probably stay there for three months every year whilst doing a rental for the rest of the time.

Are there any obvious problems which I am missing on this one?

Neverending condo fees?

Finding a tenant willing to move out for a couple of months each year?

Fees should be covered by the rental income and was thinking short term lets as downtown has plenty of tourists.

Looking at the capital gain situation, does not inspire, though!

mls only lists three one bedroomed conds downtown for under $300,000. Where are the ones for 65-80,000 quid?

They are probably the ones so called jr. bedroom that are more like the size of a walk-in closet...and location perhaps is not the best.
