So I've decided on Toronto. Now just need to decide where in Toronto.
So where are the nice, not so nice and drug ravaged war zone areas of Toronto.
I'm looking at rooms to rent on CraigsList and just trying to gauge how much I can expect to pay

Done to death already but, for a young person:
- Cabbagetown
- Danforth
- Beach
- High Park
- around the St. Lawrence Market.
I'd go for the latter to start.

Also most places along the lakefront or in the downtown core (Bloor to lake, Spadina to Yonge.)

"Malvern" neighborhood in Scarborough, anywhere around the intersection of Jane and Finch.
