Default TomTom Go 300 Canada map

Landing in Toronto on the 16th August, visiting relatives/factfinding etc.
Does anyone know of a retailer close to/in the airport who might sell the USA/Canada maps on a sd card for a TomTom Go300?

cheers

You may want to try the TomTom USA website who will give you a link to a retailer. Or, register with PocketGPS.co.uk and raise the question in the forum and someone there will be able to answer your question. Somebody may have already raised the very same question? Sorry couldn't help further.

If you are untroubled by scruples then there's a Wal-Mart along the 401 just west of the airport.

I'm not sure which exit it is and, unfortunately, the 401 goes under a bridge and then you see it on the right. I expect the bridge is the ideal exit but taking the next one and doubling back will work, they're not far apart.

Nah, you would download the maps for free using p2p as tomtom maps are awash on there. I must be really untroubled by scruples as I like Wal-Mart.

Do only chav's shop in WalMart? You learn something new everyday I suppose. I am not a chav but they used to be called trendies where I live when I was younger.

I just got the full canada maps for tomtom for £30 ,sent the guy £30 by paypal then he sent me a link to download and put it in to the sd card, had to remove the current map from the card to fit it in as i have a 128mb sd card. all works fine so taking it when we go to Vancouver island in 2 weeks.

[email protected] this is the persons email address, I was a bit worried because i was sending him £30 and it could have been a con but it was fine just tell him what model of tomtom u have and what maps u want.

hope this helps.
