Tomorrow!!!!
Hi all,
Just wanted to say a big thankyou to all contributors for your
support, assistance and advice through this sometimes tortuous process.
I land in TO tomorrow, I'll continue to post, good luck to all of you
who are still waiting. I know sometimes you feel you'll never get
there but you do in the end!!!

was Tomorrow!!!!, now it's today, day 1 of new life
Hi all,
Just wanted to say, I landed yesterday and was all keyed up for a stressful and involved process. Couldn't have been further from the truth. Spent 10 mins with immigration, they asked about funds but didn't ask to see proof, and then 20 mins with customs, they didn't spend any time at all on the goods I brought with me just checked my goods to follow detailsand that was it!!!!!!
Day 1 today, applying for SIN, bank account, driving licence, medical insurance - 35 degrees C too......phew!!!!
