Default Toefl score- Please advise

Will a toefl score of 247 will help me in getting english profeciency marks in Canadian Immig?
Score as follows :-
listening : 23
structure/writing :- 24
reading : 27
TWE : 4.0

Under the old TOEFL system a score of 600 or more might help. Jim Humphries

TOEFL score is no based on a scale of 300

You don't require TOEFL like exam scores to prove English proficiency. Once you mark
in the application (your proficiency), this is determined during the interview.

This is my opinion, but wait for some more replies. Good luck.
