Hi our AOR is Feb. 27 , 2004 - Applied Jan 2004. We received med requests on July 12, 2005. Just completed medicals and have sent off additional documents to CHC London via Fedex and expected to be delivered today. DMP to forward med results this week.

Were you asked to provide any other documentation i.e. further police checks? or just the medicals?

We were asked for new police certs + proof of funds on deposit.
