Time limit on money transfers?
A quick question! We are sponsoring my mother in law( I know I should not do this )!Any way she received her visa and all documents .So my question is is there a time limit on money transfers, she is selling her flat , land and this it could take some time. I know there is not on goods to follow not sure about bank business. Many thanks

Presumably there could be capital gains tax issues, both on the flat sale and the money transfer?
