Time after interview in LA

Time after interview in LA
Hi all!
I would really appreciate if anybody can share tell us their waiting time after interview in LA. My timeline:
Applied June 2001
Assesment January 2002
Madicals had been completed before he interview
Interview May 2002 (was told that should receive final documents within 3 months)
It is kinda crucial now b/c my wife got admission letter to UoToronto and expects her studies to begin at the beginning of September. She can't apply for a student visa b/c it will be hard to prove "ties" with the home country at this moment.
And the last thing: do they do stickers in the passports in LA office or still send the "IMM-form"? How long does it usually take to get stickers/form for those whose documents are considered in LA?

What do you want to know? Instead of chatting that might help only help one ask
