Centre Island is lovely, like a theme park aimed at kids under 6.

Fantasy Fair is great especially in the winter when it is cold. There is also a great indoor playground on St Clair/Bathurst
When the weather is good then you have High Park which has 2 big playgrounds and there is also a small zoo as well. Ontario Place is also good for little ones.
