I have a bit of a sore head my self I think the only thing that will save me now is a jog in the cold.

Always nice nice to meet up with the Brits and share several pints and put the world to rights.

I normally get a craving for grapefruit juice the day after the night before. I could never explain why but it seemed to do the trick.

In another forum I mentioned this and a dietitian said that grapefruit juice is great for re-hydrating and detoxifying the system unlike orange juice which will dehydrate you.

I guess listening to what your body is telling you might have a ring of truth in it.

Oh, and an even better headache pill is flucaps, like lemsip pills etc. Not just standard paraceptomol.

So the reality is likely to be something of a let-down ..... personally I think I am better in print (feel free to disagree though! )
