Default taxes again!?

Not for me as I have filed and already got my refund

My friend was over last year on a twp, is back in Ireland now. She had an accountant do her taxes and he is claiming for their flights over, moving expenses, visa fee, hotel when arrived, furniture etc, even the flights when their son came to visit.

This doesnt sound correct to me as I didnt think you could claim for all of that. They have just got their PR and will be coming back this year so obviously dont want a bad start with the tax man.

Is this legit and I should have claimed all this also?

Such deductions are not allowed. I doubt he is a qualified accountant.
