Winter (in the form of cold and windy) finally arrived here in Newfoundland yesterday with 130km/h winds and subzero temps. -12C and -27C windchill & as I lay in bed last night it sounded as though the siding was being ripped off the house! (It wasnt). Conception Bay looked particularly unpleasant yesterday afternoon as these two pics show.
Anyway, jumped on this thread cos I do actually live in Paradise. (www.townofparadise.ca).
