Hey guys.
Are there any restrictions on how long I can stay in Canada next summer (2010)? My plans are to leave the UK on 7th June for Toronto, and return to the UK on 6th September, about 3 months in total. Should this be ok? Its only a holiday to spend time with family etc and obviously not to do any work etc.
This sounds like a stupid question, but better to be safe!
Thanks in advance!

Its usual for the immigration officers to allow 6 months, but its not guaranteed....it's entirely at their discretion I'm afraid.

You can get up to 6 months as a visitor. It is however up to the immigration officer at POE.
You will have to fill this form in on the aircraft prior to arrival and hand it in when you arrive at the CBSA desk.
