Hello, my friends younger brother wants to come over to vancouver to study .
He,s 18 + will be finishing college soon.He wants to study for a computer engineering degree in Vancouver. He says its a 4 or 5 yr course.
Can anyone please give any info about which colleges offer this course + what the immigration application process is please.

Not sure which colleges offer the course (he'll probably need to find that out himself, Google should do it) but he would apply for a study permit. Get him to have a look on the CIC website for details of study permits and how to apply.

Also, it might be worth mentioning to him that it's a pricey thing to do if you don't have a spouse to support you - he won't be able to work more than 20 hours a week on campus so won't be able to earn money really while he's there. And he'll need to show he's got enough fund to support himself - which will be a large amount of money over 4 or 5 years.
