You should write a book or something, I found that very interesting and i am sure if you elaborated on yoru various stories and adventures etc you could weave together a pretty interesting look at what it was like to move over to Canada from the UK at that time.
I am enjoying reading these positive posts for a change, instead of the endless barage of negativity about there being no hope and no point coming to Canada etc.
I am moving there in 2 weeks, and while my purpose is not to move for work etc (im moving cos my wife lives in Canada) it is of course a concern and it is encouraging to read, especially the more recent people, that all hope is in fact not lost on that front.
