Default Statutory Declaration of Common-Law form

Hey Guys,

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kit...s/IMM5409E.PDF

on the form outlined above the first line is We _ and _ of _

Do I need to write United Kingdom in the of section? I ask because I currently reside in Toronto so I am unsure if I should say Canada, Toronto or UK?

Thanks a bunch!

Tom
