Default Sponsoring a sibling

My sister and I had a chat here tonight. She is a film worker. Loads of film studios in Toronto. PInewood building at the moment and Filmport ready for operation in March.

So, when I finally do apply for PR we were thinking that maybe I should sponsor here. A couple of complications.

We are half sisters by blood and full sisters by law. Her father has legally adopted me.

She is a 3x kidney transplantee (I kid you not). She is currently only on anti-rejection medication and goes for regular checkups.

We're thinking that her being transplanted and not just once would be a major road block for her to get PR.

Does anyone know?

I'm pretty sure you cannot sponsor siblings

That is correct (maybe with some exception if they have no other family in UK). It has been discussed on here before.

Ok, I thought I saw a thread that you could sponsor siblings and parents. I must have been mistaken.

I still think she'd not be accepted due to her medical history.
