Dear friends,
I became canadian resident on the 27th december, 2002. I am a Indian citizen, i am planning to get married soon. My question is "Is Court marriage enough to sponser the spouse".I am planning to visit India soon and because of time constraint i have the option of court marriage only.

I am in great need guys, your reply will be sincerely appreciated.

I know I've posted this discussion group recently - but try seeking the advice of http://groups.yahoo.com/group/canadian_immigration/

(if it abbreviates the bit after group is "canadian immigration") I searched their archives and could not find a similar query - but they'll most probably have someone on the site in a similar position.
