Plus around 10% handling fee...

I got caught speeding in Boston Bar in 1998â€¦â€¦I didnâ€™t even know about it until we returned to Scotland 4 weeks laterâ€¦..there was a nice letter from the Rental Company informing me that they had deducted the $90.00 fine from my credit card. I kinda thought of challenging the legality of deducting monies from my CC but then didnâ€™t think it was worth the hassleâ€¦and I had been speeding
