I have a kidney problem - the urologist states it is because of the dairy products here as I eat a lot of them being a veggie (i.e.cheese). He was quite clear that they are processed to death and are no good. As far as follow-on products for kids go...not much out this way in the wobbly west. I just about died when I got here in 96 with tinies, as there was NOTHING and ended up making freezer's full of home made stuff.

Really dairy free - no hidden whey for example. What do they use for cheese - many of the soy cheese options have hidden milk (and still taste foul).

What about your colourings and other additives?

What is the brand then - we all want to know!

Well, hate to break the flow but I can't say I've noticed any ill-health type problems since coming to Canada (other than pulling my toe nail off - nothing to do with dairy produce!).

My youngest son (4) was diagnosed as lactose intolerant in the UK just before coming over here. This was following a particularly nasty stomache bug that lasted for weeks. Now if he drinks too much milk, he just gets yellow squids and tummy ache, so we switched him to lactose free.

My eldest son (6) drinks milk and eats cheese and yoghurt, as do my wife and I. My sons are both a bit 'full of energy' but always have been. I used to suffer from a lot of headaches in the UK but haven't since being here. I was told I was allergic to dairy produce many years ago when I suffered from some severe migraines. I must have grown out of this now though. I have cheese sarnies practically every day.

Nope, apart from the second head growing from my armpit, no problems at all
