I am going over to canada next week to look for work and have a few interviews already,i am planning on finding work before i actually move,i am asking is canada all what it seems ?,i have read a few threads that the cost of living is higher etc and there is not much there,i will be going on my own but have a few friends there already,has anyone else done the same as me ?,also i do have a job in england so i would be giving that up.

Where in Canada are you headed, and how did you manage to get interviews lined up before visiting?
That seems to be a major obstacle for most people. What is your occupation, if you don't mind me being nosey?
