Hello all
I thought I let you know.
after 6 months, we have finally sold our house. It was originally on the market for £199.995, brought it down on November to £191.995 and finally sold yesterday for £185.000. Not brilliant but glad things are happening for us. So there is light at the end of the tunnel.
I also wanted to say that although I don't post very often, I am still very much here, taking in everything is going on, having a laugh with you and gathering loads of valuable information. So, thanks for keeping this site going.

Hoping to be able to go out in July now, if every thing goes well. Good luck to all those still trying to get buyers.

Congrats Spanglish, at leat you got rid of it! How much would a few more GPBk be worth at current CAD exchange rates anyway.
