woah! Your a bit nutty!......been drinkin in the afternoon again
? Remind me not to move into the same neighbourhood you live in. On the same subject but a different slant, I find it really odd that people actually go out of their way to be offensive nowadays. I mean really, if you thought my question was silly, just don't respond. The fact that you actually felt the need to respond in a negative way to a genuine question on a messageboard (no matter how silly) shows a complete lack of intelligence on your part. I bet at least half of the questions on this messageboard could be answered by other sources both online and in a library, but sometimes it's just nice to join a community and feel part of something.

This question is so stupid, I'm surprised the OP doesn't forget to breathe!

Jeez, I never thought I'd have to explain myself to a bunch of strangers on a message board.

OK, play nice, all of you.
Stupid questions can be expect to be pointed out as stupid around here, but lets not let things degenerate into personal abuse on either side.
FWIW the very first entry on google UK for "Dove Soap Canada" is a link to unilever canadas product page.
By way of explanation there have recently been "trolling" incidents with people asking long series of what appear to be no brainer questions, (everyone is entitled to the odd one now and again, but a whole bunch of them one after another is questionable behaviour), so I guess people are a bit sensitive at present. Bare with us, we are generally a helpfull bunch

You would likely have got a rather more constructive response, if you had included that first bit of information in your initial post.

The gig is only six block away so can comfortably stroll there. Depending on the level of alcohol consumption usually a cab is required for the return trip. For me, it's one of the best things about Vancouver. Excellent British bands play here a lot. The atmosphere is most often a little staid as opposed to back home but still a good night out on the cheap and you don't have to go traipsing all round London. The three venues I go to are within a couple of blocks of each other.
But you get lobsters out where you are so it makes up for it, right?

Yeah, I'll just keep telling myself that!! Definitely on the wrong coast for music, think the nearest venue for decent bands would be Boston, but hey Halifax has Kris Kristofferson soon so we shouldn't moan
Enjoy the gig
