Shuswap lakes for the day. Tubing, skiing, boating, eating and drinking.

I feel fat

Just staggered back in from the neighbour's place. BBQ, wine and cradle Canadians all over the place.

Enough to make you puke.

Excuse me....

We went to see the Parade in Steveston - great family day out, great carnival like atmosphere - really enjoyed our day!

We had a lovely family day at the local canada day celebration, face painting, kids games, music, pony rides and ice cream. Home for an excelent steak dinner (with homemade chips) and then back later on for the excellent fireworks and not so excellent associated traffic jam. Kids in bed at 11:15 Still there when I came in to work at 9!

A great day, and even the weather cooperated. Happy Birthday Canada

We had some friends over fror BBQ, they brought all the food and wine etc.

At dusk we walked over to the river and watched the village firework display from our dock.
