Not sure that G&T would freeze, the alcohol (if you are making them right;)) would keep it slushy. The sugar in the tonic makes them pretty soft ice cubes at the best of times.....sorry, its the engineer thing again:p

I thought about the alcohol thing, but as wine freezes then a weak g and t should freeze?? maybe more of a sorbet than a cube, worth a try. I imagine the engineer in you would want to test that theory.

BTW have you seen the book How to Fossilise a Hamster?? very good, keeps MOH amused for hours
