trivial .i know sorry , but trying to get things sorted what we need to take...... hubby already got a stock of paint pads , cause we did make a point of looking for these and we couldn't see any

That's such a funny question! If you look again at the Home Depot site, the Golden Harvest Premium Clear Wallcovering Adhesive is fine to use un-diluted for regular wallpaper. If you happen to have pre-pasted wallpaper (which is common over here), then you should dilute the Adhesive otherwise it's waaaaaay too sticky! Don't take paste over with you!!!!

Hey, no problem. I'm being nosy now (and you can tell me it's none of my darned business) but why are you moving to Cape Breton Island???!!! It's always a lifestyle change acclimatising to a new country and, in most people's cases, a new city, but Louisbourg ...... you gotta tell me!

no problem at all jakei have family there
my aunt is 81 she was a war bride and cousins that i have only recently got to know over the last 10 years , so we got a lot of catching up to do
visited a good few times now , last time was for 3 months , we just got back 3 weeks ago , so was there during the winter , freeezing cold and loved every minute !!!!!! and we just can't settle back at all
my hubby retired last year ,(he's a little older than me )
we bought a house this time , over looking the atlantic ocean
great place to retire to , and i will look at opening a business when we get sorted for the tourists .........
we just love the place , and the people , made a lot of good friends there too .........
so i suppose our curcumstances are a little different , no kiddies to worry about schooling or going over having to look to carry on with career's
we are very lucky , but just at a different stage in life to a lot of people looking to move to canada
i hope this gives you a bit of insite ........
all we want is a quiet life ........ will deffinately get that there !!!!
as you will know if you are familliar with the town with lots of walking and just enjoying life to the full
thanks for your interest

Hi Lousiburg, wondering what happened to you...glad you had a great trip. Gee you are going to become a Caper...very good, a relaxed life style I guess but I don't think so. Sounds like fun.
Anyway I am sure you can wall paper paste but never used it myself, try looking for Colour your world...great store that sells everything to do with paint and wallpaper
