Default Shipping to Saskatoon?

Has anyone shipped stuff from the UK to Saskatoon? I looked up a couple of the shippers listed in other threads but they didn't list Saskatoon as a destination; I could get it shipped to my girlfriend's parents in Edmonton, but then we'd have to drive it all the way to Saskatoon afterwards.

I also figure I've only got about fifty cubic feet of stuff to take, whereas some of the other shippers appear more designed for shipping whole houses.

Hi MarkG,
I shipped my stuff from the UK last year direct to Saskatoon. The company I used in the UK was Brittania in York. Once the goods arrive in Canada and clear the initial customs check a shipper nominated by Brittania brought the stuff over fromTornoto to Sask direct and it went to Rays Transport who delivered it out to us. Brittania deal with everything from packing to storage, and the shipper in Canada etc...it is door to door service.
I think i shipped around 48 cubic feet if I remember correctly which cost about 1400 pounds.
Hope this helps

Hi Whilst not shipping to Saskatoon my 20ft container did go via Saskatoon on route to Prince Albert, just north of Saskatoon.
We used PSS in the UK to pack and ship us. The container went via Montreal then train direct to Saskatoon took just over 2 weeks.
In Canada PSS used Country wide movers in Saskatoon who are part of the Allied Movers Group.
The whole process was excellent, We had to store in Saskatoon whilst are house sale went through in Prince Albert, the rates for storage was excellent. We even had a tool box deliverd to my new job before the main container.
PSS I can highly recommend, We had no damage, and both the company in UK and Canada were very helpful.

International movers can ship anywhere you like. They managed to find us up here in the bush, probs. LOL Just start ringing a few up. They were all very helpful when I did. And all of the ones I spoke to seemed to know of Saskatoon. There have been alot of people coming this way. And some back again...

We shipped a 20 ft can to northern Saskatchewan via Saskatoon. We used White & Co. Totally no hitches what so ever.
