Hi

Ring them and make an appointment. They will check your list and stamp it and then release your goods. You can then let your removal company know they are available to be collected (if you are using one)
We didn't have to pay anything

Did you not show them the GTF list when you landed?
I am not certain, as its so long ago that we landed, but I know that they would stamp it when you land, and date it too?
Hopefully it wont be an issue, and you can go get your goods.
I know when ours arrived, as the poster above says, you go meet them at the customs office, and clear the paperwork to receive them!
Good luck!

Not getting your GTF list stamped won't be a problem, they very rarely stamp them in Toronto. If asked, just say you offered the list but they weren't interested. I promise you it won't be a problem.

Hi

We came through customs at Vancouver last wednesday. Had two copies of gtf lists, got one stamped on each page for me and one for themselves at customs and so now have my copy to hand at port when stuff arrives. No problems. Hope this helps.

You need more than your GTF list to clear your goods through customs. You will need the import paperwork, this coupled with the GTF list and your passport is what you will be asked by the customs officer.

The shipper will require a stamped copy of the import paperwork before they can deliver your goods. They might accept a faxed copy and they will pick up the original when they deliver.
