Hi guys
I am a April 05 AOR, and after spending the 3 months have redecorated the house from top to bottom ,ready to sell, however still no signs of the medical requests....
i am assuming that the house will take at least 3 months ( every estate agent , "the market is very slow at the moment) a lot like them!, so do I
pay the hips get it on the market and gamble that i will get the medicals and pass before i complete the sale?
or wait , the long wait
what did you guys do , any advice would be really helpful!
Cheers

Sell if you can. I think this winter (which is when the housing market traditionally slumps a little bit every year) will probably bring some fairly bad news for the UK Housing market. If you dont put it on the market now you will probably have to wait until March before the market starts to become more active and then you will be competing with a lot of people who are probably waiting until the spring to put their houses on.

Like the rest have said Sell, sell ,sell.
When you read some of the horror stories of the long wait on here.
My Dad is an Estate Agent and he also says the housing market has practcally stopped at the moment - of course we are in NI so I cannot comment on the mainland.
