Default Schedule A

We have seen some houses on the MLS with the term 'Schedule A must accompany all offers.' Could anyone explain please ?
Thanks

Default Re: Schedule A

Schedule A is an adendum to the Offer to Purchase with additional conditions.

It can be for several reason, but the most usual is if its a Bank Foreclosure, and so there are a number of extra conditions to protect the Bank. Basically they normally say" You may think you are buying a house. but we're not saying thats what it is, you buy at you own risk, etc"

Thanks for that
