Hello All,
I have been invited to apply and going through the application process myself after much convincing on here that a IRCC consultant isn't needed.
However,
Im having trouble with the employment history section.
I can provide all the "government issued proof" for each year of my career through income tax forms but the reference requirements im struggling with:
Problem 1: One of my former employers no longer exists, so no official letter head with all the details, so would the original employment contract be ok or will this be rejected?
Problem 2: To get a reference with all the required info (below) will instantly flag to my employer I'm potentially leaving which could massively affect my time and pay there which would be a disaster if for some reason my SINP and PR doesn't go through!! What do I do then?
Any help would be much appreciated!

"Reference Requirements

- the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information (address, telephone number and email address), and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company, along with their telephone number and email address.
- â–ª all positions held while employed at the company, along with the job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week (total number of hours worked in SK for student applicants) and annual salary plus benefits."
