Ok, actually getting $975 back (2 of us) isn't going to make a huge lifestyle difference, but it will mean we can pay another month's rent before running out of cash 
The form for claiming the money back says you'll have to provide a copy of your COPR and the receipt from paying the ROLF. Ummm, what happens if you never received a receipt from paying the ROLF?? Am I missing something?
