I'd fire an email over to the CHC in London to ask for confirmation of receipt. See what they say. I assume that's the attended recipient.

Royal mail is hit and miss, we have been getting mail daily, got letter from cdn embassy in London, took 5 days, we live 30 mins away...sent parcel to granddaughters in Ontario on Oct 12 they got it this Monday, 7 days..2 days longer then normal, but near as quick as from here to London...hubs passport is with them, so not sure how we are going to get it back, unless they allowe p/u.

I just spoke with my brother back home. He told me that there have been a couple of localised postal strikes in the UK over the last few weeks. I have been getting my mail. He said it should be cleared up by now.
