Hi All,
Actually one of my friend had submitted ROLF when he filed his Immigration Case in Canadian Consulate. After the interview, unluckily his case was refused. Now he wrote many letters to Consulate for returning his ROLF fee but he did not receive any respond. So pls let me know what he should do in this respect.

A second question. Was he represented by counsel and what was his mailing address on
the application? Has it changed?
