Right of Permanent Residence Fee?
Just a quick question folks,
Does this fee have to be paid up front with the application fee? or can it be paid if and when you get your visa?
Cheers.
Remember don't wait for you ship to come in! swim out to meet the bloody thing!

but not when you get yoru visa. They won't issue a visa until you have paid it (unless you are an in Canada spousal applicant then you can pay in person at teh CIC office before you land).
The reason to pay it upfront it to save the letare delay of them requesting the fee and waiting for it to clear etc.
