If you get any suggestions please let me know!!!

We need a reasonably priced shipping company too for the middle of July! I should be packing right now not messing on my laptop!

When/where are you moving to and from?

Kind regards,

Tamsin

For a 20ft container sole use £3000 to £4500 is pretty standard.

Search function works.... many threads about shippers.

Is it possible to double up with someone else? would the companies tell you if you can do that? or do you have to arrange personally with the client?

thanks

We used Fox movers back in October, they were really good and very reasonable too we managed to haggle quite a lot too. Everything arrived on time and with only one thing broken and that was a mirror, I would def recommend them to anyone! Good luck with the move

Just rang a company called Whites Removals for a quote too....oh my god how rude and awkward were they, just a warning to everyone as I ended up putting the phone down on them because of their attitude!

We used Whites and didn't have a problem, either with attitude, service or delivery.

So I wouldn't black ball a whole company on the strength of one phone call.

Well from my experience through two phonecalls to two different depots of theirs it was bad and I personally wouldn't touch them with a barge pole so all I am am doing is giving my honest opinion.

Try Brytor international.

They bought us over last month. They are based in Canada but will send a UK company round to quote ect.

We had an excellent service, cant complain at all. Dont think they are the cheapest, but I think you get what you pay for, and dont forget your home and belongings are very precious.
