Just a quick question: does anyone have any resources for Freelancers regarding day rates? I've been researching my industry (Audio Visual) in Canada for a long time now and all I can find is information on salaries and wage, nothing on average day rates.

Any Freelance day rate info out there is for web designers, graphic designers, copy writers etc. which is all useful as I do some web design stuff too but I can't find anything specific to my line of work...

Any thoughts/links gratefully received!

Search 'contract' positions - that should give you an hourly rate - or if you pan down on indeed (left column) you can find 'freelance' as an option (it shows 'subcontract' too..

There are agencies in Social media / copy writing / content creation / etc., who you can work for as a freelancer too.. as well as remote working. I have a few links if you would like them.
