Smile Researching Demand in Animal Nutrition or Related Area's

Hi all,

At the moment I have 12 years IT Coordination/project management experience, however I am considering re-training across and studying towards an Animal Sciences Degree, with an aim to working within this area, maybe specializing in nutrition.

A couple of questions, is it worth me holding off and maybe studying when out in Canada (hopefully) application only just going in so a 5 year wait.

Also, are there any Agricultural / Animal sciences resources to try and find out if this type of career is in demand in Canada...

Thanks for any help.

Suz
