Renting Property
Would it be advisable to by a condo or a house in British columbia namely (Fraser valley) to rent out.
I'm thinking of buying a property in B.C and renting it out for a few years before i move into it. Does rent of the propert cover the mortgage ? Is it normal for the landlord to pay the property tax ? Which area in B.C is best to rent out property. |

Just closed on it last week. Remember to figure in the cost of hiring someone to keep an eye on the place, collect rent, and be available to handle emergencies that pop up, i.e. plumbing, heating, etc. |
