By the way, the site you mentioned doesn't show the interior of any of the flats. Usually this means that there's nothing to write home about. Loads of photos of the surroundings, but none of the interior.
I've been in as i have a friend who lives there. They're quite nice actually. It doesn't have a pool or gym mind you but it's a great area and $400 is quite a chunk of cash.

Anyway, good luck with getting a place you enjoy

coop housing for low income families? not always. plenty of professionals in coop housing.

Not really. Co-ops are purpose built rentals, as you asked for in the original post.

Luxury apartments are predominantly (possibly wholly) owner rentals which you didn't ask for in the original post.

Anyway, that's just nit-picking.

Hmm, I've never heard of that, but it's possible some do. We looked into joining a co-op for a while and have friends who live in them. The rent is a lot more affordable.
