Default Refresher Driving Lessons in Vancouver

Has anyone taken any refresher driving lessons in Vancouver to get them used to driving there before taking the driving test? I've twenty years of bad habits (e.g. driving on the "wrong" side of the road, not going through red lights, that kind of thing) so I really think that I could do with lessons first. Any recommendations as to who to use? Thanks!

I did this fairly recently. I tried two places

- West end driving school. They guy is a dick who can't teach - actually got out of the car mid lesson and told him he wasn't getting paid.

- North shore driving school. These guys were excellent. They do a special refresher for ex-pats where they explain the differences etc. A bit more expensive, but it did the job as I passed first time.

No it's not, but if you've never driven here before it helps to have some-one with you to get a bit of practice. We aren't all super confident ex pilots you know and it's not like it's 1000's of $$$

There are some traffic signs that still catch me out - and we didnt have the traffic lights with the line at the top for the buses in the Uk - better to be safe and take a lesson or two . And also learn how to stay calm in the face of the pedestrian invasion!
