Eventually figured out you can only get study material if you take a course at a college, which they hand out in class.

All the information is on the Internet and relatively easy to find. The ITA is the administrator and set the curriculum, accredited schools deliver it and set the course material required to deliver it. It seems like the school were giving out the incorrect information. Many of the required texts can be purchased through the school bookstores.

Interesting, thanks. I've not taken any exams since a couple of years after leaving school.
