Red seal
Hi I'm in the water industry and plumbing for over twenty five years,,,with about 20,000 thousand hours of experience ,,do I still need to pass the red seal thing,,thank you

You would have to be certified by a provincial training authority. Red Seal is not a certification body. Your hours would have to be provable not just your own say so.
