Count me in although Steve is on call that week so it will depend on him not being called out late in the day, Fridays are usually ok so
Will the final arrangements be announced on the FB page as I rarely come on here nowadays?
Oh and Steve wont be along for obvious reasons (mainly babysitting so I can go) :-)

Curry? Yay! I'm in. The wife isn't too keen on curry...
Speaking of which, are non-Brits allowed? She'll probably want to tag along

I think we should allow spouses as long as they bring a Brit (or a Scot or a Irish - y'know what I mean)

I really hope so Mandy, but my husband is in the UK staying with my seriously ill MIL right now, so if it doesn't inconvenience you too much, can I leave it until the last minute to confirm...? He's expected back in time, but it was major cancer surgery that she's had so nothing's 100% certain. If he's back we can make him stay sober and drive home

Thinking of you

Sorry Alex about the news too its not a prob to leave it til last minute.
Thanks for the offer Piff - the last time I camped in a tent I was 15 and the effing thing fell down, plus I know your hubby is prone to setting fire to the back yard so might um turn that offer down

Thanks everyone - it's all looking good for him to be back on time as the surgery went ok and she's apparently recovering well. Still a long road ahead for her, but out of any immediate danger.
