Just got back from a week in N.S. and didn't have a Tim Hortons all week.Is this a record?
Almost succumbed at the airport on the way home but had a Starbucks instead.

I'd been here for nearly a year before discovering Tim Hortons

Now if Tim's pal Bobby Orr had the franchise, I guess I'd drink it out of loyalty.
I watched him from PeeWees in Parry Sound, thro' to Boston.
Back to coffee! I prefer my own if push came to shove.

I like their chocolate glazed doughnuts when I'm in the mood for a chocolate glazed doughnut - but that isn't often. But other than that many see them as just another rat-raced, ugly, plastic, suburban, McDonaldish store sitting alongside all the other depressing soul-less, mind-less shops that usually surround them. Also, their brewed coffee is usually burnt (brewed at too high of a temperature) to taste any good.
There are just so many better places (on so many levels) to get a good coffee and a pastry.
No offence to those who would disagree, just IMO.
