can anyone please recommend a decent realtor in vancouver and lower mainland area? I deally I would somone who understand the healthcare market in terms of elderly care homes aswell as houses.

Frank'n Sense, who is a member of this forum, is a relocation consultant and realtor. If he is not familiar with the market niche in which you are interested, I'm sure he can refer you to a realtor who is.

housing provider for the seniors according to their level of care.

Private and corporate homes in BC work in partnership with the govt.
and the health care system.

With more housings available in the community that would surely help to ease
the bed shortages in the hospitals.
