Default real estate services

Just wondering if there are any lenders who will lend with a mortgage. We are looking to borrow around 70% of the full amount. We are 'full doc' borrowers with a good credit rating. I am planning to buy a condo at Markham . You can view the property here in the resident listing provided by this real estate agent.

Did you try to post URLs? As a new member you can't do that, until you have made several posts.

BTW welcome to BE, and please take a moment to the site Forum Rules linked near the left end of the top menu bar above.
