Question RCMP taking too long - Mr Miller do answer

Hi

We are given 90 days to submit RCMP clearance certificate. Even though RCMP says 45-60 days in its website, ti has been over 90 days and when I ask for an update they keep saying "your application is in final stages"

If the officer in buffalo does nto get anything in 90 days can they reject me? Circumstances are not in my hands and I cannot do anything about RCMP backlog.

Should I sedn Buffalo an explanation?
T

If you can show due diligence to Buffalo in applying to the RCMP yuo should have no
problems with the 90 days given to comply. Why not write buffalo and explain what you
have done and show them your correspondence with the RCMP.
