rain rain and more rain, in Ontario, allegedly

We have heard various weather forecasts for the weekend threatening doom and gloom. A tropical depression and the tail end of Ike mean that we may have shed loads of rain, up to 3 inches this weekend

Has it started yet down your way?? Windsor, London??

Its a big concern here in Pbro as a few years ago there was huge flooding after a downpour and the city drains couldnt cope.

Still no rain here, dammit. If it rained I could stop sanding the deck.

Dampish weekend coming up. My back yard will no doubt be under water.

Mais, c'est la vie. (Mais ne pas ma vie).

Edit: Sorry, bum link.

we have brought in some potplants and put others in the porch, dont want them to be battered down.

Looks like we will only get 2-3 inches here.... Part of me wants some dramatic weather, and part doesnt want the hassle

Just think how much snow that would make!

I've done snow. I'd rather not have any this year if you don't mind.

It is a raining not in Calgary.

I suspect that doesn't help either.

Hopefully it will not rain as much a forecast, but if it does I do hope no flooding occurs.

Dreadful here, eased off now - but I think we're in for more tomorrow  I got soaked about 3pm, I mean really wet through. Saw lots of roads flooded including a part of the 401. I'd forgotten what real rain felt like
